Kuna wakati unaumwa sana lakini unapokwenda hospitali madaktari wanakwambia kuwa huna ugonjwa! Maajabu. Yaani usiwe na ugonjwa wowote, lakini upoteze muda wako kwenda kupanga foleni hospitali?
Maajabu mengine. Wanapoona unang'ang'ania kuwa unaumwa, kimbilio lao mara nyingi ni kukwambia kuwa unaumwa kitu kinachoitwa anxiety neurosis! Anyway, huu ni ugonjwa fulani wa akili ambao mtu anakuwa na hofu ya ujumla isiyohusiana na jambo fulani maalum. Inadaiwa kuwa dalili za hali hii zinaweza kuwa hiyo hali ya maumivu unayohisi.
Hata hivyo mara nyingi huna tatizo la anxiety neurosis au nini! Uwezekano mkubwa ni kwamba una upungufu wa virutubisho fulani ndani ya mwili (vitamini, madini lishe, vijenzi vya protini, ufumwele, vijenzi vya protini, nakadhalika)
Sasa ni kazi kubwa na gharama kubwa sana kufanya vipimo vya kutambua aina ya kirutubisho kilichopungua kwako. Wengi wetu huo muda au hiyo hela hatuna.
Ufumbuzi?
Tumia mlonge! Mlonge una takriban kila unachohitaji kuwa na siha njema. Raha zaidi ni kwamba gharama yake ni nafuu sana kwa sababu unaweza tu kuzunguka hapa na pale maeneo yenye miti ya mlonge na kujichumia majani bure! Amini usiamini, kuna watu walikuwa hoi washalala kitandani lakini kilichowarudisha barabarani ni mlonge.
Utapia mlo kwa watoto?
Matumizi ya mlonge ni njia nyepesi sana na ya gharama nafuu sana ya kuondoa utapia mlo kwa watoto. Unachohitaji ni kumtilia mtoto unga wa mlonge kwenye uji (Kijiko cha chakula/Uji vikombe viwili). Mlonge hutiwa pale uji unapoanza kuchemka na huachwa uchemke pamoja na uji kwa dakika 5. Kwa manufaa makubwa zaidi uji utiwe pia mafuta ya nazi au siagi au samli pamoja na asali kidogo.
